Project Overview

This custom project delivers a tailored large-aperture float ring solution for clients in Australia. The client needed a dedicated floating carrier for their fountain equipment, to support the installation and operation of the water fountain system. After the consultation, the client finally chose to use our design drawings as the base, with some targeted modifications to meet their specific requirements. This customized floating ring can perfectly serve as the stable carrier for the client’s fountain equipment.

The core goal of this project is to deliver a customized large-aperture float ring for the client’s fountain equipment. The floating ring can provide a stable, reliable floating carrier for the fountain system, ensuring the fountain equipment can work stably in the water. Meanwhile, we also provided flexible customization support to meet the client’s special size and color requirements, helping the client to complete their fountain project smoothly.

During the project implementation, we addressed the client’s size and color customization requirements with flexible, practical solutions:

Challenge 01: Non-standard large-diameter float ring requirement

The client needed a large-diameter float ring for their fountain equipment, but this size was different from our existing standard mold specifications, which meant we could not use the standard production process directly.

Our Solution: We provided a flexible customized solution for the client. After the initial production of the floating ring, we conducted precise drilling on the product according to the client's requirement, and welded a one-piece floating tube of the same color on the ring. This solution perfectly met the client's requirement for the large-diameter float ring, without the need to open a new mold, effectively controlling the production cost for the client.

Challenge 02: Special shade of blue color requirement

The client requested a very special shade of blue for the floating ring, which was not our standard color, and would require extra custom color mixing cost.

Our Solution: We provided professional suggestion for the client: we recommended the client to choose the closest color from our existing color swatches. This solution can perfectly meet the client's color demand, while avoiding the extra cost of custom color mixing, effectively reducing the client's overall project cost.
