Project Overview

This custom project delivers a tailored floating bridge solution for two famous coastal water amusement parks in Morocco: Almina aquafun and Caboaquajoy Water Park. The client needed to build two floating bridges to connect different amusement areas in the parks, to provide a convenient water-based passage for tourists. As the parks are located in coastal area with high summer temperature, the client had special requirement for the durability of the floating bridge.

Project Core Objective

The core goal of this project is to build two stable, durable floating bridges for the water parks, to serve as the water-based pedestrian path connecting different recreational areas. The bridges can provide a safe and convenient passage for tourists to travel between different areas and enjoy the water view, while the new HDPE floating bridge can withstand the local high temperature and coastal environment, providing long service life for the client.

Challenge 01: Concern about material aging in high temperature coastal environment

The client was worried that the local high summer temperature and coastal sea breezes would accelerate the aging, deformation and fading of the floating bridge, which would affect the service life of the product.

Our Solution: We provided the client with detailed material parameter information: our HDPE floating pontoon material is heat-resistant, can work normally in temperature from -40℃ to 75℃, and has excellent corrosion resistance. This means the product can be used long-term in Morocco's high temperature coastal environment, without softening, deforming or fading, fully eliminating the client's concern.

Challenge 02: Concern about complex installation process

The client worried that the installation of the floating bridge would be too complex for their local team to complete, which would increase their installation cost.

Our Solution: We prepared detailed floating pontoon installation video and full installation manual for the client, which can guide their local team to complete the installation step by step easily, without the need for professional installation team, fully solving the installation concern.
