Project Overview
This custom marine project focuses on comprehensive seawater quality testing to assess the health status of local coastal marine environments. The core goal of this project is to implement continuous, stable water quality monitoring for the client’s target project area, providing accurate, consistent data to support the client’s marine environmental health assessment and long-term management work.

- Reinforced upper steel frame & steel platform, providing stable installation space for monitoring accessories

Challenge 01: Customized Buoy Dimension & Navigation Accessory Installation
The client required a compact buoy size that fits their specific deployment scenario, along with a dedicated, stable space to install the navigation light to meet maritime safety standards.
Our Solution: We adjusted the buoy's diameter to 1 meter strictly as per the client's exact requirements. We specially designed a reinforced upper steel frame and steel plate platform on the top of the buoy, which not only meets the size requirement but also provides a solid, dedicated installation position for the navigation light, ensuring the overall structure fully complies with offshore operation standards.
Challenge 02: Equipment Compartment Design & Buoy Stability Optimization
The client needed to integrate specific water quality monitoring instruments, which required a perfectly matched internal equipment compartment. Meanwhile, the weight of the top structure might affect the buoy's floating balance and stability in seawater.
Our Solution: Based on the client's provided equipment parameters, we precisely designed the size of the internal equipment compartment and instrument well to perfectly fit the monitoring sensors, ensuring smooth water flow for accurate detection. After rigorous water flotation testing, we adjusted the weight of the top steel plate to optimize the buoy's overall weight balance, ensuring the entire system can maintain stable, normal operation in the local coastal marine environment.
