Project Overview

This custom project delivers a tailored coastal water quality monitoring solution for vacation resort clients in the Philippines. The client needed to deploy monitoring buoys in 4 designated locations within their resort territory, to conduct comprehensive monitoring of water quality and other coastal conditions, to support the environmental management of the vacation area.

Project Core Objective

The core goal of this project is to implement a stable, long-term water quality monitoring system for the client’s coastal vacation areas. The monitoring buoys can collect real-time coastal water quality data, helping the client master the water environment status accurately, ensuring the safety of tourists, and supporting the daily environmental management work of the resort.

Tailored Product Configuration

To perfectly fit the client’s resort monitoring requirement, we customized the monitoring buoy system with the following core configurations:

1800mm HDPE coastal water quality monitoring buoy, optimized for long-term offshore use
High-efficiency solar power supply system, to support long-term unattended offshore operation
Solar-powered indicator light, to provide clear warning signal for passing vessels
Small corrosion-resistant water sensor cage, to hold the water quality monitoring sensors
Radar reflector, to ensure the buoy can be detected by vessel radar, improving maritime safety

Challenge 01: Custom equipment compartment dimension requirement

The client had their own water quality monitoring equipment, and needed the buoy's internal equipment compartment to perfectly match the size of their equipment, to ensure the equipment can be installed and work properly.

Our Solution: We fully customized the design of the equipment compartment based on the exact size requirement of the client's equipment, ensuring the compartment can perfectly fit the client's monitoring devices, without any modification to the client's own equipment, perfectly solving the matching problem.
