Project Overview

This custom project delivers a tailored floating mooring platform solution for a private client in Cape May, New Jersey, USA. The client needed to build a dedicated floating platform for his 25-foot motorboat, to provide a stable, safe mooring space for his personal vessel. This customized floating platform can perfectly meet the client’s personal boat docking requirement, providing a reliable mooring solution for the client’s motorboat.

Project Core Objective

The core goal of this project is to deliver a customized U-shaped floating platform for the client’s 25-foot motorboat. The floating platform can provide a stable, reliable mooring space for the client’s personal vessel, helping the client to dock his boat conveniently. Meanwhile, we also provided flexible order adjustment support to meet the client’s color preference and quantity adjustment requirement, helping the client complete the project smoothly.

Tailored Product Configuration

Challenge 01: Custom color preference requirement

The client had a specific preferred color for the floating platform, which was not our standard in-stock color, which meant we needed to conduct a replenishment production to get the right color for the client.

Our Solution: We communicated with the client in detail, explained the situation of the replenishment production, and obtained the client's consent to extend the delivery period appropriately. In this way, we could produce the floating platform with the client's preferred color, perfectly meeting the client's color demand.

Challenge 02: Order quantity adjustment requirement

After the initial order, the client needed to increase the quantity of the products, and also needed additional installation accessories to support the on-site installation work.

Our Solution: We provided flexible order adjustment support for the client: we arranged the re-order for the additional products, and also provided the extra installation accessories for the client, which helped the client to complete the on-site installation work smoothly, perfectly meeting the client's quantity adjustment requirement.
